PINEAPPLE-CRANBERRY MUFFINS

 

 

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup

Flour

Sugar

Baking Powder

Salt

Eggs, beaten

Milk

Shortening

Cranberries

Chopped pineapple, patted dry

 

Yield: 1 dozen

 

Preheat to:

400°F - Deck or conventional oven

350°F - Convection oven

350°F - Hydrovection oven

350°F - Combi oven

 

 
  1. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder together.

  2. Beat milk and eggs with a fork until blended.

  3. Stir melted shortening into the milk and egg mixture.

  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture. Stir until moist.

  5. Spoon into greased muffin cups.

  6. Bake at temperatures listed above for: 20 minutes (Deck or convectional oven) 15 minutes (Convection, Hydrovection or Combi ovens) Note: for Hydrovection or Combi use the Hot Air mode.
