-
Set oven to “Combi” at 400 degrees
-
Line sheet pan with pan liner.
NOTE: there is no need to spray pan or bread with a “food release”
product or add butter or margarine to pan or bread.
-
Top each slice of bread with 2 to 4
(depending on your menu requirements) ½ ounce slices of processed
cheese. Make sure to center cheese on bread slice.
-
Top cheese with additional slice of
bread. Make sure to cover cheese completely. Cover and set aside.
-
Pan frozen French Fries on Blodgett
French Fry pan or on a perforated full size sheet pan. Spread evenly
in a single layer to edges of pan.
-
Place frozen fries into Combi oven, set
timer and cook for 6 minutes
-
When time has elapsed on French fries,
add cheese sandwiches, reset timer for additional 6 minutes, or
until sandwiches are golden brown and fries are sizzling.

crispy, crunchy gooey toasted cheese sandwich, without added fat or
additional calories, and fast food style French fries without deep
frying!
