THE WORLD OF DECK OVENS

Blodgett Deck Ovens have set industry wide standards for excellence in baking characteristics, performance and reliability. What's more, Blodgett has a deck oven to meet all of your needs, from our large volume pizza ovens to our versatile 900 series roasting ovens.

Blodgett 951 Roasting Deck Oven

The 900 Series Roasting Ovens

The 900 Series enjoys the distinction of having the longest continuous production run of any oven manufactured by Blodgett since the company was founded in 1848. Blodgett 900 deck ovens are all-purpose baking and roasting ovens featuring a steel oven deck with a large cooking area for bread loaves and roasts.

The versatile 900 series gas ovens come in four basic sections, the 951, 961, 966 and 981. Each section has the same overall footprint and can be stacked in any combination. From these four sections many different vertical ovens may be assembled. The possibilities are endless. Separate heat controls for each section permit cooking and baking at different temperatures, at the same time, in one oven! Blodgett's Basic Four design gives you the ultimate in versatility, efficiency, and economy.

If you need a great all purpose roasting deck oven but don't have room for one of our Basic Four, the Space Saver 911 Gas Deck Oven may be just what you need. Built with the same quality Blodgett construction, the 911 has a smaller footprint than the Basic Four but can still be stacked one, two or even three ovens high.

Blodgett Pizza Deck Ovens

For a heavy duty, high volume, fast recovery pizza oven, look no further than the Blodgett 1048 and 1060 ovens featuring bottom air intake. We have designed a system for transferring heat from the combustion chamber to the baking compartment, making some of the most fuel efficient ovens on the market. These ovens feature an ultra rokite stone deck and higher BTUs than our roasting ovens for perfect pizza results.

For smaller applications, our 911P and 961P ovens are designed to meet the demand for equipment with low BTU input requirements without sacrificing results. The 911P and 961P are available with a higher gas input than the roasting oven version. These pizza models can be installed even when gas supply is limited.
