BAKING & ROASTING DECK OVENS

The versatile 900 series gas ovens come in four basic sections, the 951, 961, 966 and 981. Each section has the same overall footprint and can be stacked in any combination. From these four sections many different vertical ovens may be assembled. The possibilities are endless. Separate heat controls for each section permit cooking and baking at different temperatures, at the same time, in one oven! Blodgett's Basic Four design gives you the ultimate in versatility, efficiency, and economy.

Combination Models - Gas Deck Ovens

Combination models include one base section for each model, 7 black adjustable legs, stainless steel draft diverter, large crown angle trim and double connector (double) or triple connector (triple).

911 SPACE SAVER GAS DECK OVEN

If you need a great all purpose roasting deck oven but don't have room for one of our Basic Four, the Space Saver 911 Gas Deck Oven may be just what you need. Built with the same quality Blodgett construction, the 911 has a smaller footprint than the Basic Four but can still be stacked one, two or even three ovens high.
