A limited number of reservations are available for our pop-up restaurant at The NAFEM Show, Booth #1668. Reservations will be taken for 35 minute seatings from 11:00 AM until one hour before show close each day of the show.
There will also be live cooking demonstrations using award winning Hoodini ventless systems, the recently redesigned HydroVection Helix oven and on the newest Marsal countertop pizza ovens.
You can request your reservation below. Each seating will last for 35 minutes during which time, you will be meeting with a sales representative or Blodgett Regional during your meal. Tables seat 5. For parties larger than 5, please speak to us directly. (Note: you’ll need to choose a date during The NAFEM Show to place a reservation.)
