PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

 

 

INGREDIENTS

All purpose flour

Sugar

Pumpkin pie spice

Baking soda

Baking powder

Salt

Pumpkin pie mix

Large eggs

Melted butter

Chocolate chips

 

Makes: 24 mini muffins

Preheat to: 325ºF

 
  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Mix pumpkin, eggs and butter in separate bowl and whip.

  3. Add chocolate chips to pumpkin, egg and butter mixture.

  4. Combine dry ingredients with pumpkin, egg, butter and chocolate chips.

  5. Grease mini muffin pans.

  6. Evenly fill the muffin tins with the batter mixture.

  7. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes.
