Blodgett is pleased to bring you the NEW shallow depth, heavy duty CAFE SERIES. With a depth of just 31″ (34″ for convection based models), the Cafe Series will fit in any kitchen.
Blodgett provides exceptional craftsmanship, flexibility and simplicity. Select an individual model with open-top or step up burners, griddles or charbroilers. Or choose several and add optional shelving, a salamander, cheesemelter or steakhouse broiler to create a line-up that meets your individual cooking needs and brings the vision of your ideal kitchen to life. Every great commercial range starts with a good foundation. Blodgett offers four different base options for your heavy duty range. Choose one, or mix and match to suit your needs.

Convection Oven Base

features

  • 14 gauge stainless steel oven interior measures 27-3/4” W x 13-1/2” H x 20-1/2” D
  • One chrome plated oven rack (per oven)
  • 30,000 BTUs
  • 150°F to 550°F temperature range
  • 1/4 HP, 115 VAC, 60 HZ, single phase blower motor
  • Electronic spark ignition
  • 3 position fan switch, On, OFF and Cool Down Oven control located in cool zone

Standard Oven Base

  • 14 gauge stainless steel oven interior measures 28”W x 14” H x 24” D (
  • Oven sides and bottom are removable without tools
  • One chrome plated oven rack (per oven)
  • 150°F to 550°F temperature range
  • 30,000 BTUs

Cabinet Base

  • Stainless steel cabinet interior and exterior
  • 6″ adjustable legs
  • Perfect for valuable additional storage space
  • Optional cabinet doors available

Modular Base

  • Standard modular range ships with no legs

Blodgett understands that flexibility isn’t just important – it’s essential. Our Cafe Series was design with flexibility in mind. That’s why we offer a variety griddle/burner combination tops to meet your individual needs. The following combination tops are available with either manual or thermostatic griddles. For thermostatic control add a T after the G in the model name.
