Solid construction and exceptional materials ensure that your new heavy-duty range will withstand the rigors of the most demanding restaurant, hotel or institutional kitchen.

Blodgett understands that flexibility isn't just important — it's essential. That's why we offer 12", 24", 36" or 48" ranges with a variety of bases (convection oven, standard oven, or storage cabinet) or without a base for secure mounting as a modular range-top. Meet your space constraints with three flue-riser heights and don't worry about weight — our flue riser easily supports up to 250 pounds. For maximum flexibility, an optional rearward-extending flue riser is also available to increase the overall depth or your range to match an existing deep battery. You specify the gas type, flue riser height, range depth and the range's position in the battery.
