The PHOENIX Series is built with the rugged durability you have come to expect from Blodgett.
Starting with the meticulously hand-crafted solid welded frame and legs, stainless steel construction and stainless steel oven interior, Blodgett PHOENIX ranges are built to provide years of reliable performance.
