How Ventless Convection Works
- The fan in the oven circulates air from the oven cavity up into the VLHV assembly.
- Vapor gets drawn over the condenser. As it cools, water particles form and drip towards the drain.
- The dynamic water injection of the VLHV utilizes a flat spray nozzle to assist the condenser in removing vapor only when the system requires a boost in cooling.
- Treated air is returned to the oven cavity, while the filter allows excess steam to escape the system as needed.
BUILT STRONGER | LASTS LONGER
Quality workmanship and materials mean Blodgett Convection Ovens are in service longer (with fewer problems) than any other commercial convection oven. Our convection ovens offer the following Blodgett Signature Features to ensure your oven provides years of reliable service.
Blodgett Ventless HydroVection
Break free from hood systems for your commercial ovens. Since hood systems use immense
amounts of energy, a good way to help get foodservice in line with carbon neutrality is to invest
in ventless equipment. By going ventless, operators avoid taking up valuable hood space in an existing kitchen, saving thousands on installation and maintenance costs.

Single Stack Ovens
Avoid taking up valuable hood space in an existing kitchen. The Hoodini Ventless system is connected to the oven using duct work to pull the oven exhaust up and into the hood. Power is provided from the ovens, no additional electrical supply is needed.
More versatile than a convection oven – more affordable than a combination oven.
Patented Helix Technology forces air into the oven cavity, improving product quality while reducing cook times.
Double Stack Ovens
