Warranty

EXCLUSIVE EXTENDED WARRANTY

Blodgett warrants to each original Buyer that its electrically-heated units will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period specified below. Blodgett’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to replacing or repairing, at its option, any part found to be defective within the specified warranty period.

The warranty period begins upon the earlier of the date of installation or 90 days after shipment of the covered product. Any labor expense or part failure incurred after the warranty period will be the responsibility of the end user. Blodgett agrees to pay the authorized Blodgett service agency within the United States or Canada for any labor required to repair or replace, at Blodgett’s option, any part which proves to be defective due to defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period. This warranty includes travel time not to exceed two (2) hours and mileage not to exceed one hundred (100) miles, round trip.
