By signing below, I agree to the following: I hereby certify that the facts on this application are true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand and agree that any misrepresentation or false statements by me in connection with this application will be justifiable cause not to employ me, or if employed, to terminate my employment. I voluntarily give this company the right to make a thorough investigation of my past employment and activities, including contacting references and otherwise verifying the accuracy of all information provided by me in this Application. If a conditional offer of employment is made by Blodgett, I understand that the following will be required: 1) taking and passing a pre-employment physical exam, including a drug screen, and 2) a criminal background check. I understand that more information on these pre-employment requirements will be provided to me if a conditional offer of employment is made. I understand that this application by itself does not create a contract of employment. If hired, I agree to abide by the rules and policies established by this company. I understand that any employment offered is for no definite time period and at will and that either I or the Blodgett Oven Company may terminate my employment at any time with or without notice or cause. This application is considered current for a period of six months. After this time, if the applicant has not heard from Blodgett Oven Company and still wishes to be considered for employment, it will be necessary to fill out a new application. I understand that if I am hired, I will be required to provide proof of identity and legal work authorization.
