Zephaire-200-E Electric Convection Oven


The Blodgett Zephaire-200-E Series are full size, bakery depth, electric convection ovens. They include all of the signature features that make Blodgett convection ovens reliable for years. The simple to use controls make Zephaire ovens great for institutional kitchens.

  • Double porcelainized interior surface prevents hidden rust and prolongs the life of your oven.
  • Doors are triple mounted directly into the full angle iron frame so your doors always stay aligned and tightly sealed, preventing heat (and your heating dollars) from disappearing into thin air.
